After 25 years with WA Police, Nathan heads Tradetech with extensive experience in community service, investigations and management. As a proud Whadjuk Noongar man, Nathan’s culture is central to his approach.

With over 25 years of experience in the building and construction industry and is a licensed and qualified plumber, Andrew is known for his practical, hands-on approach, strong leadership, and ability to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. His experience spans maintenance, construction, and multi-trade service delivery across commercial, residential and industrial environments.
Outside of work, Andrew is actively involved in the community and volunteers in local sports, supporting clubs and helping develop grassroots participation.
